John Hinckley Jr., the man who tried to kill US President Ronald Reagan in 1981, will be released from psychiatric hospital in August after 35 years. The shooting, which took place in Washington in March 1981, had caused the former US President and three others wounded.
Hinckley was found not guilty due to the reason of insanity. He was, however, sent to psychiatric hospital for treatment.
